Deen Relief – Collection for Rohingyan – 13th October 2017

Assalaamu alaykum

We are all aware of the recent oppression our brothers and sisters are facing in the Rakhine state of Burma.

On a daily basis our children are being beheaded, sisters being raped and homes and businesses burnt to the ground.

Many have fled to Bangladesh, whilst others have been denied entry into the country.

Deen Relief operates in the refugee camps in Bangladesh and provides aid on the ground with its own people. They are one of the only charities that officially have permission to work in the camps with “Red Crescent Bangladesh”

During Ramadan Deen Relief delivered £8,000 worth of Aid to Rohingyan refugees. This aid was delivered by Shabek Ali, a member of the charity himself.

We are asking you to donate once again. In the hope of raising £10,000 to deliver help as soon as possible. Deen Relief members will go themselves to deliver your donations

Please donate and help our families. We cannot sit idle and watch the persecution continue.

All donations will go towards food, clothing and medication.
Friday the 13Th of October Deenrelief team will be coming to our Masjid for a collection, please donate generously and help our Rohingya Refugee Brothers & Sisters. Jazak Allah Khairen.

Wassallam from

The first ten days of the month of Dhul Hijjah are great in virtue and it is from the Sunnah to increase in worship and good deeds; especially fasting on the Day of Arafah.

May Allah accept the Hajj of all pilgrims and the efforts of all those at home.
